Our trainees often get intimidated and are scared to apply for jobs because they think professionals (like our volunteers) know everything.

In reality, we look stuff up all the time.

This is a really healthy behaviour to demonstrate.

Even if you do know the answer to a question:

1. Don’t answer questions.
2. Demonstrate that everyone has to look things up.
